As soon as you returned from Qatar to watch the World Cup, you immediately joined La An Ultra Trail in Da Lat. You regularly cycle around the city and play many other sports. Where does your passion for sports come from?
Sports is the thread that connects everything, and is a way for me to enjoy and find joy in life.
Sports makes me more alert, physically and mentally strong, and easily connect with people.
Even though she calls it a hobby, it seems like she practices very seriously.
I aim to play sports sustainably, with methodical techniques, not haphazardly, in order to avoid injury and maintain a good training spirit.
Listening to her talk, it’s hard to believe that she is a businesswoman and not a professional athlete.
If you have a specific plan, it won’t be difficult at all.
How do your sports activities and business activities support each other?
I see running a business as similar to playing sports.
Running is the foundation for me to approach other sports, so when building the Onways brand, I also started with running.
It seems she is always full of energy.
I always believe that if you think about good things, good things will automatically come, and if you keep doing good things, other good things will come to you.
I’m not good at talking about lofty things, everything I do now comes from within my life, my family’s.

One of the philosophies that her brand aims for is `experience and engagement`.
The average person will have 60 years of life.
Who is your spiritual support?
Of course it’s mom.
Being a mother, a wife, a businessman, a runner… how can you keep balance and fulfill all roles well?
People often use the word balance, but I feel quite pressured when it comes to this word.
Last question before closing the conversation: How do you envision a `brilliant life`?
Well, the word `brilliant` is quite familiar to sports people because we always dress colorfully, right (laughs)?
Going back to your question, I feel like I’ve been brilliant since I was born.
