MBTI – short for Myers–Briggs Type Indicator, is a personality test built to classify human personality groups, based on the conceptual systems of psychologist Carl Jungs.
Although not a perfect science, the MBTI helps us better understand our personality through questions related to basic life issues.
The combination of four letters in the above letter types creates 16 personalities in MBTI.
“Some people are more kind and generous than others,” shares Nereida Gonzalez Berrios, M.D., certified as a psychiatrist by ThePleasantPersonality.
The MBTI test does not determine which personality type is best overall.
